Homework... Austin Lifestyle Photographer

My little guy had his first homework assignment over the weekend.  I love his teachers, and feel like he is already learned so much in the first month.  It definitely feels more like a school environment than Mothers Day Out.  His teachers sent home "Find the Shapes" and told me he could return it for a grade.  We had fun finding the shapes, which Finn is really good at, and then coloring them in.  He was so excited to take his homework back to his teachers, this morning, and show them his proud work.

And we celebrated when it came back with a 100 and a smiley face on the top!!

Cake Smash!!! One Year Birthday Photographer Austin, TX

Evan isn't a fan of sweets and he gave us 5 minutes and that was all we needed.  I love the idea of a 1 year old birthday cake smash and capturing these images that only come around once in a lifetime.  Happy first birthday sweet little boy and I promise you by your second birthday you will jump at the chance to eat a whole cake!

Lucky Me - Pregnancy Photography Austin, TX

I really enjoy getting to meet new families, and lucky me, this family was a great one to get to know.  They drove in early, went to multiple locations, endured the heat, and you never would have guessed it with their amazing attitudes.  It was a fun time, and I can't get over that this mom is due in six short weeks, because she looks amazing!!!  And I am so lucky to photograph their baby boy once he is born.

Austin Children's Museum- Toddler Photography Austin, TX

This morning the kids and I went to the Austin Children's Museum.  We were one of the many that took advantage of the Groupon deal last week for 51% off a year, family membership.  I saw the deal and asked my parents if they wanted to give Finn the membership for his birthday (which is in November).  They thought it was a great idea, and it will be the gift that keeps on giving for us all!! Back to the park... Austin Holiday Photographer

This labor day weekend John and I took the kids to the park and it was so much fun!  It has been awhile because of the heat, and Eloise not doing so well at parks with crawling and eating rocks.  But now that it is "cooler", and that she is walking, we returned.  Two hours went by so quick and I think it will be a regular in our life again.
