A Beautiful Backyard Wedding... Austin, TX Special Event Photographer

I had the honor of photographing this extremely sweet couple on their very special day!  Their wedding took place at their home outside of Austin.  There were lots of friends and family in attendance, and the consensus was these two were meant for each other from the very beginning.  Thanks so much for letting me document this day for you.  I hope you enjoy your sneak peak; there are lots more for you to see soon in your gallery!

Stunning- Austin, TX Pregnancy Photographer

I loved this session!! I think I am starting to sound repetitive but each session brings new ideas, places, times of the day & people to shoot.  This session was stunning for so many reasons.  Stunning #1: As you can see this "mama to be" is absolutely gorgeous and you will not believe... due in two weeks!!  Stunning #2: The light for this session was perfect.  We shot at sunset and I was able to capture some amazing back lit photos.  And the light fell just perfect on the outdoor belly shots, making her belly glow!   "Dad to be" makes stunning #3.   Not only was he easy on the eyes he was very admirable, carrying all my equipment around from location to location and running ahead of us to open doors.  And lastly stunning #4:  she asked me to photograph some photos for just her and her husband.  I wish I could show you more of those, because they took my breath away and I know they will him too.  Thanks for letting me in your home for the evening and I hope you find your photos as stunning as I do!  I can't wait to meet and photograph your little boy in just a few short weeks.
I think my favorite are these next two, although it hard to pick favorites!!

Not your Ordinary Monday... Marble Falls Children Photographer

On Monday Maura & I loaded up our kids in Shamu (her very large white suburban) and headed to Sweetberry Farm, about 45 minutes outside of Austin, in Marble Falls.  We didn't know what to expect but the kids had a blast.  There were mazes of corn, goats to pet and feed and every kind of pumpkin set up imaginable.  We took a picnic lunch and then treated ourselves to homemade pumpkin ice cream.  I didn't know how the photos would turn out, shooting in 100% sunlight, but I absolutely love them.  Some of my favorite photos to date!  We are so lucky to have such good friends that make a Monday memorable.

Pumpkin Carving Party- Austin, TX Party Photographer

Wow, what a crazy, fun weekend we have had.  I am so exhausted right now I don't have many words in me.  We had so much fun at our friends Pumpkin Carving Party Saturday night.  Today, Finn had a blast at a birthday party at Kiddie Acres, an amusement park for tots (photos to come).  And tomorrow we are getting up bright and early to head to Marble Falls and Sweetberry Farm.  I will let the Pumpkin Party photos speak for themselves....

More Holiday Mini Sessions- Christmas Card Photographer Austin, TX

Holiday Mini Sessions
I am booking a limited number of Holiday Mini Sessions during the week from now through November 19th.  I have both morning and evening sessions available.  A Holiday Mini Session is shorter than a normal session and it allows you to get a few updated great family photographs for the holidays! Included will be the digital images so you don't have to have a limited number of Christmas cards.  Don't you want to have the best Christmas card on the block?!?!  Email me at marian.adrian@sbcglobal.net for more information on the session & availability.

And what's a post without a picture.  We are getting ready for Halloween over here!

Faces- Austin, TX Child Photographer

Yes, it is October and my kids are still playing in the pool.   That wasn't the plan when we headed out the door but I opened up the pool gate to get some shovels and they came running in with a different plan in mind.  So, who was I to tell them no!  The water was chilly, so the swimming mostly turned into dumping water out of the pool.  The weather is absolutely gorgeous these days and this could have been our last official pool day.  So glad I got the camera out!
Eloise was showing off her skills, touching her nose,  and Finn was pretending the bucket was a football helmet.
I love these series of photos.  The one above is from it too.   I was shouting out different faces for Finn to make while I took his photo and these were what he came up with.  I love that my little guy doesn't even know how to make a sad face.  And I LOVE the back lit sunlight on his curly locks!
Here is a crafty idea that Finn brought home from school the other day.  I love our little popsicle stick family!
Email marian.adrian@sbcglobal.net if you are interested in booking a session of your family!

Football- Austin Natural Light Photographer

If anyone knows me at all they know I am a true Baylor football fan.  I take after my dad, and every year hope that this will be their year.  For a Baylor fan that doesn't mean to win a national championship or even the Big 12 conference.  For a BU fan it means to win some games, show up to the others and  hopefully, hopefully make it to a bowl game!!  This weekend Baylor broke all sorts of records with their 55-7, Big 12, win over Kansas.  I was so excited for my team and even more excited for my dad who is, and will always be, Baylor's most optimistic fan.

After cheering on the Bears our family went over to our great friend's house to watch, what the rest of Austin deemed the big game, Texas vs. Oklahoma in the Red River Shoot Out.  Unfortunately, TX wasn't victorious but the party definitely was!
And check out our cute pumpkins with our initials glitter painted on them!
