Really enjoyed my morning spent with this beautiful newborn and her two big brothers.  They were so sweet and kind to their little sister, she is a lucky little girl.

Cousins! - Austin, TX Extended Family Photographer

I love extended family sessions!  I think it's so important to go that extra step, and get the whole family together, to have these memories to look back on.  I especially love the photographs of the cousins.  I try and photograph my own kids with their cousins as often as I can.  I love documenting the closeness between the  families.  Here is one of some precious cousins from last Friday's session.

We are back from a great weekend spent with dear friends!  We had such a great time catching up, and watching my beloved Bears defeat the Red Raiders, in the giant Cowboy stadium.  We were even able to sneak in an awesome family photo session into our busy weekend.  Here is just one, out of many, that I love of this sweet family.

Five- Austin, TX Birthday Photographer

Today my little guy is five years old...

 Finn, it is hard to remember life without you, you have brought so much joy, laughter and loudness into our lives.   Right now you are really into math and recognizing numbers.  You are starting to read and are SO excited every time you figure out a word.  Your sister calls you "Sin" because she can't say the letter "F".  You understand every word that she says, even though most people can't yet.  Your favorite game to play is Angry Birds on your daddy's IPad. You even have a stuffed animal Angry Bird that keeps you company at night.  Your favorite shoes are your rain boots, even though it hardly rains in Texas.

 Your curls and your eye lashes turn heads every day.

 You LOVE to tell knock knock jokes.
Me: Knock Knock
Finn: Who's There
Me: Orange
Finn: Orange who
Me: Orange you glad it's your birthday?

And, when you grow up you want to be a fire fighter.

You still suck your thumb and pick your nose.... all things that will probably change before you head into kinder. But my favorite thing about you right now is you say "I love you" every chance you get and want to give big hugs to everyone.  We love you so much, happy 5th birthday big guy!!

Three- Waco, TX Kids Photography

Dressing up! - Austin, TX Family Photographer

I had to share photos from this session, sooner than later.  This mom is a woman after my own heart! She came with so many cute outfits and ***hats***, we had a blast dressing up their precious 8 month old.  You can see how much we can cover in a couple of hours!  It was great meeting you "L" family!  Lot's more in your gallery to come. :)

• 2 weekday morning sessions in November
• 3 weekday morning sessions in December
• Only one weekend session available on Sunday, December 4th

What a fun afternoon I had with this family.  It is not my norm to get to photograph a family with older children, and it was such a nice change. :)  What a family of hams... they kept me laughing the whole time.  Here are just three from their session that I think totally represents their family.

Fighter Fighter & Witch Ballerina- Austin, TX Holiday Photographer

My mom told me that I need to show some blog love, so here are a few photos of my kids from Halloween.  If you asked Finn what he was for Halloween he would scream out "a fighter fighter" (instead of fire fighter)...way to cute to correct him.  And Eloise was lucky enough to get this awesome hand-me-down witch costume, but to get her excited about it she needed to be convinced she was a "witch ballerina". :)
